Phil co-founded First Water in 2002, where he managed the R&D and commercial teams. He left in 2016 after the successful exit to Scapa Healthcare.

He returns in 2024 to build out Gentell’s innovation and business development functions.

Steve joined First Water in 2023 following a successful and varied career in operations across various industries, including healthcare.

Steve is a passionate team-builder and change master, ideally suited to managing the our upcoming expansion.

Robin has been with the business - in its various forms - since the beginning.

He uses his deep understanding of the company’s products, people and processes to support our growing customer base, directly and through the Gentell group.
